Bulletin – 10-30-16

When was the last time you asked someone to join you in church? It is our call to bring others to know Jesus more, to center on Christ once a week, it is the responsibility of ALL as disciples of Jesus –
“Therefore go and make disciples”.

“The whole person, with all his senses, with both mind and body, needs to be involved in genuine worship.” -(Jerry Kerns)

DEAR PUMC FAMILY: I want to finally take this opportunity to give huge heartfelt appreciation & thanks for the members & congregation at PUMC who have said prayers, sent cards, and encouraged me during my multiple health issues the past several months. I am blessed with an awesome healthcare team treating me and of course, all are being guided by the Great Physician! I’m 95% back to my “normal” now, with my right hand & elbow surgery scheduled for January. Even though I’m attending church in Evansville now, PUMC will always be my HOME church. Love in Christ, Francie Bishop

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOX MINISTRY is upon us… deadline – November 13th! Last year’s response was fantastic, but we know we can do even better this year!!! If you (or someone you know) can’t prepare a meal, are alone this year, or can’t get out of your home, they would like to help you enjoy a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner.
